About this project

Swimming Australia is the peak governing body for swimming with nearly 1,000 clubs and 90,000 registered members nationally. Their vision is to create a nation of swimmers admired by the world. Striving towards this vision every day through inspiring Australians to be the best swimmer they can be – from grass roots community participation through to elite level swimmers representing our country and themselves on the global stage. Swimming Australia is committed to working with their States, Clubs and Stakeholders to grow structured and recreational swimming across Australia and maintain their position as the biggest participation sport in the country.

Swimming Australia were on the verge of deploying their centralised swimming club & participant management platform Swim Central. As part of this project, TMG Studios came in to identify expansion opportunities of the newly developed platform & establish a basis of reporting based off the data acquired through the platform. From the onset, we were able to establish a core task management process to enable stakeholders both within Swimming Australia & their federated state stakeholders to engage with the data management team & submit requests efficiently. With this system in place, TMG Studios delivered a number of reporting templates to facilitate future development from the internal data team.
